Your 10% Subscriber Discount
Subscribers save 10% on every order for as long as their subscription is active. The discount is applied automatically — no coupon code needed.

Billing & Delivery
Your card is charged on the same date each month, starting the day you subscribe. Your jar ships within 1–3 business days of each billing date.

Cancellation
Cancel anytime, no fees, no questions asked. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Log in to your account, go to "Manage Subscriptions," and select "Cancel" — or email us at Kaizenhealthshop@gmail.com

Skip or Pause
Need a break? Skip or pause your subscription anytime from your account dashboard before your next billing date.

Modifying Your Subscription
Update your shipping address or subscription details anytime from your account. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Refunds
If you're charged for an order you meant to cancel, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
